Debra Boblitt is the Agency Vice President for State Farm Insurance in the northeastern U.S. She develops vision, strategy and direction for agents and leadership in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and the New England states. In her 20 years with State Farm, she has served as Agency Field Executive, Director of Marketing Programs, and Assistant Vice President-Agency Sales. As former president and current board member of the Professional Business Women of California (PBWC), Ms. Boblitt champions the advancement of women through mentoring, leadership development and the pursuit of entrepreneurial opportunities. She was recently quoted in PINK magazine and interviewed on Channel 7’s “View from the Bay” and Channel 10 in Sacramento. A graduate of Kent State University, Debra received a master’s degree in administration and supervision from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio, and has earned her Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF) designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa. In 2007, Debra was named Alumna of the Month by the American College, and is the featured keynote speaker for the 2008 Conferment at Pearl Harbor.
