Sharon Powers is a Tax Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers in San
Francisco. She has 20 years of experience providing tax consulting services to multinational clients, primarily in the natural resources industry.  For the past 5 years. Ms.Powers has been a frequent speaker and lecturer on the topic of accounting for income taxes. She holds a BS degree in Business Administration from California State University, as well as a Master of International Business Studies from the University of South Carolina.
