Jennifer Berger
Jennifer Berger is the Executive Director of About-Face, a San Francisco-based non-profit organization whose mission is to equip women and girls with tools to understand and resist media messages that are harmful to their self-esteem and body image. Her passion for issues affecting women started during her college years at the University of Michigan, and later she was a contributor to the book Body Outlaws: Rewriting the Rules of Beauty and Body Image. As Executive Director, her goal is to imbue girls and women with the power to free themselves from body-related oppression, so they will be capable of fulfilling their potential.
