Kimberly Elsbach, Ph.D., is a Professor of Management and the Director of Executive Education at the University of California, Davis Graduate School of Management. Her expertise and research include perception management, decision making, problem solving and creativity in organizations. A Co-Director of the Center for Women and Leadership whose mission is to promote research and education to improve the status of women in business, she helped prepare a study that examined the participation of women in corporate leadership in California.
