Mary Ann Bianco is Vice President for Service Delivery Management at Oracle Corporation where she leads a Customer Management team serving Oracle’s Global 100 Customers. Current responsibilities include service delivery, implementation support, lifecycle management and support account management.

Ms. Bianco began her career at Oracle in 1997 and has held positions in Business Development (VP Server Appliance- Marketing and Business Development) and Alliances (VP, HP Systems Business Unit). She has over 20 years experience in Sales, Business Development, Alliances and Customer Management primarily in the Hi-Tech field.

Prior to Oracle, Ms. Bianco was with Siemens Corporation as Sr. Director, Global Alliances, where she managed a global program for strategic database partners and ISVs. She also worked as senior sales representative for Digital Equipment Corporation and Harris Computers.

Earning an ED.M.degree from Boston University in Educational Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from Slippery Rock University, Ms. Bianco has been active in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization for 10 years. She also sits on the Engineering Advisory Council for San Jose State University. She lives in Danville, CA with her husband and daughter.
