Ruth Stergiou is the Principal of Planning Dynamics, Inc., the event production company that specializes in producing educational events for women. The founding Executive Director and Event Producer of the Professional BusinessWomen of California since its inception, she built their two successful annual conferences in San Francisco and Sacramento to 5,000 and 3,000 attendees respectively. She also produced the highly-acclaimed California Governor's Conference for Women in Los Angeles for seventeen years, working with four administrations, and building the conference to over 10,000 participants. In addition, Ms. Stergiou is the Co-Founder of Invent Your Future Enterprises, a professional development company specializing in the retention, development and acceleration of women leaders. A faculty member in the San Jose State University Professional Development Center, Ms. Stergiou is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology.
