Young Women's Program
Now in its eleventh year, the PBWC Young Women’s Program offers high school students the opportunity to attend a “Conference Within A Conference,” where they participate in targeted sessions that explore career options, build self-esteem and expose them to role models and endless possibilities.

Since 1988 close to 100,000 women have attended a Professional BusinessWomen of California (PBWC) event. These events inspire you to recognize and pursue your professional dreams and reach for even greater accomplishments in every area of your life.
