Young Women's Program
Now in its eleventh year, the PBWC Young Women’s Program offers high school students the opportunity to attend a “Conference Within A Conference,” where they participate in targeted sessions that explore career options, build self-esteem and expose them to role models and endless possibilities.

ANNUAL CONFERENCES

Since 1988 close to 100,000 women have attended a Professional BusinessWomen of California (PBWC) event. These events inspire you to recognize and pursue your professional dreams and reach for even greater accomplishments in every area of your life.

Attend an annual conference and you'll discover an open forum where corporate executives, individual contributors, entrepreneurial women, and public and non-profit professionals can connect with each other and fulfill their potential to live truly remarkable lives.

When you attend a PBWC conference, you:

  • Build and refine your leadership skills and boost your strategic thinking skills.
  • Meet hundreds of inspirational women, such as Madeleine Albright, Carly Fiorina, Cokie Roberts, Maya Angelou, Jackie Joyner Kersee and many more.
  • Find out how today's businesswomen are advancing their careers.
  • Mix with top thinkers, business leaders and mentors.
