The Professional BusinessWomen of California (PBWC) and the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs & Executives (FWE&E) present The Senior Executive Forum: Connecting Experienced Women Leaders. This Forum convenes during the 21st Annual Conference of the Professional BusinessWomen of California, to be held at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco on Tuesday May 11th, 2010.

This invitation-only Senior Executive Forum is limited to sixty experienced women leaders who are Presidents, Vice-Presidents, and Executive Officers of major organizations with a maximum of four levels from the CEO, or comparable breadth of responsibilities.

The Forum will combine strategic and substantive small-group discussions about the current business climate with nationally and internationally recognized experts, as well as launch a year-long leadership journey centered on the practice of developing a personal leadership community and applying collective wisdom.

For a year following the conference, participants will have access to in-person meetings, online community gatherings and phone conversations to continue collaborations and deepen relationships.

The Senior Executive Forum will focus on enhancing senior executive leadership capacity by providing opportunities for deep listening and connections with peers and thought leaders, along with developing a senior-level peer community with meaningful relationships designed for active and open collaboration.

The Forum will foster an environment where senior executive women leaders can renew, deepen and accelerate their commitments to create intention, meaning and results in their professional and personal lives.
