Moving to the Next Genderation
- What does it take to lead a business as a female chief-level executive?
- Is great leadership truly gender-blind?
- How can we identify and overcome the barriers that society, corporate cultures and women themselves put in the way of a more diverse, accepting, and inspiring leadership?
A highlight of the 2013 PBWC Conference is the end-of-day Power Panel. As Socrates importantly said, “The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.” Top-level executives from gold plus-level PBWC sponsor organizations will join forces to discuss strategies they have used to move themselves and their companies into a new reality - the Next Genderation.
