Whether you run a company, a team, or a meeting, this upbeat and interactive session will challenge you to rethink the way you lead in order to bring out the best in yourself as well as your co-workers, employees, customers, children, spouse--even your boss.

You will practice strategies to recognize when your leadership is off base during challenging situations and learn how to get back on track. As a veteran leadership coach and author, Jamie Woolf will share tools she has used for over twenty years to help business leaders from the University of California, Telecare Corporation, Kaiser Permanente and the Ann Martin Center achieve breakthrough results by uncovering their potential and activating their strengths. You will come away with easy to use tools that you can apply immediately to feel a sense of relief, increase your leadership confidence, and achieve your desired results.
During the session, you will:
- Discover the key practices of effective leadership.
- Take a quiz to discover how your unique leadership strengths can backfire.
- Recognize when your leadership is off base and what to do to get back on track.
- Learn how friendships and support systems can help you shift limiting mindsets.
- Learn how accountability is necessary to align personal values and leadership behaviors.
Jamie Woolf is a veteran leadership consultant, author of "Mom-In-Chief" and contributor to Working Mother Magazine who conducts special trainings and makes appearances on radio shows and at workshops, webcasts and conferences. In addition, Woolf is CEO and founder of The Parent Leader and Pinehurst Consulting through which she helps corporate clients be more productive.
Jamie holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She lives in Oakland, California with her husband and two daughters.
